TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- This contest ends on 18 May 2025 and the winner will be announced after the campaign ends.
- Any redemptions made at Slay It Right Redemptions fulfilling Tier 2 (Spend RM600 in a maximum of 3 receipts* from any Fashion & Beauty outlets to redeem The It-Duffel Bag) during 25 April - 18 May 2025 will be automatically qualified for the contest. Each redemption is entitled to one (1) entry.
- The winners will be selected based on the fulfillment of Tier 2 in random following the campaign's conclusion and will be contacted via phone call or any other means deemed appropriate by Sunway Velocity Mall.
- The decision of the draw is final. No disputes & appeals will be entertained.
- If Sunway Velocity Mall is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 7 days, Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to cancel the winner's entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no recourse against Sunway Velocity Mall regarding the cancellation and forfeiture.
- Before the prize collection, the winner must provide their personal information to Sunway Velocity Mall such as contact number and identification number for verification purposes. The management reserves the right to cancel the winners’ entry in case of failure to provide personal information.
- During prize collection, the winner must present their identification card for verification. Management reserves the right to reject the winner’s entry if they fail to verify their identification.
- If the winner fails to collect the prize within the designated period, he or she forfeits all claims and rights to the prize, which shall then be used at the sole discretion of the management.
- Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not be liable to replace vouchers or products that are damaged, discontinued, cancelled, lost, or used improperly whether due to fraud, technical issues, or negligence.
- Prizes are strictly not for re-sale, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered by Sunway Velocity Mall.
- Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the destination, additional costs of the prize, tax etc.)
- Prizes are subject to changes by the management without prior notice.
- Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Visuals used in the advertising & promotion of this contest are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
- By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decision of the management
- Sunway Velocity Mall Management reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions or abort any promotions/offers at any time without prior notice.
- By submitting an Entry, you agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Organizer.

OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS

- By participating in the contest, the participants grant Sunway Velocity Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and or for any other purpose deemed appropriate by the management, without prior notice and compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant, unless prohibited by law.
- Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious or invalid.
- Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to end the contest period earlier or extend it at its own discretion.
